Hi Ken; I reached out to Lippert on this and they were unable to find the specific pressure from the # LC689052 testing. It is a large company and sometimes information gets lost across it with other brands like the Flow Max. I would say the pump is well built and we haven't had any reports of it leaking aside from a faulty one that was replaced under the 2-year warranty. Your best bet is a special drill bit often called a screw extractor. One such product is called an EZ Out. These can be found at your local hardware store and are available in various sizes. They will bite into the stripped-out screw head and allow you to remove it and install a fresh screw. An application of an aerosol lubricant like WD40 is not a bad idea either as this will help to loosen up the old screw.

I googled the manual for the heater and its said an E5 error meant the power supply voltage was too low, which makes sense considering the power to your RV went out. So it wasn't an issue with the heater, it was that the power went out and that's why you got that error.
